Mariano Hervas held a lecture at AOCAP 2013 in Hong Kong

115 delegates from 12 different countries including Australia, New Zealand, UK, Germany, Spain, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, USA , and the Republic of China and Hong Kong gathered today in the Alternative Ownership Conference Asia - Pacific' (AOCAP 2013) held at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong hotel.

This year the main focus of the lectures has been development innovation of resorts, as well as the importance of identifying market segments and developing marketing strategies and sales for them.

As part of the program, Mariano Hervas, Manager at THR Innovative Tourism Advisors, presented the lecture 'KNOW YOUR MARKETS!'. "You are not anymore in the real estate business, you are in the happiness industry" Hervas said to attendees at AOCAP 2013.

Hervas remarked that "spectacular landscaping is more important than impressive architecture". He summed up with the message: "Visualize who is going to be your client before design anything of your product".
