THR will be present at VII Festival of Real Estate and Investment, Montenegro
The FREI 2016, that begins today and lasts until 12th of May at Budva, Montenegro, will be attended by Sonia Huerta, manager of THR, as one of the tourism experts that will participate on the “Destination management: Events as a Tourism Product” panel.
The Festival of Real Estate Investment (FREI) is an event dedicated to investing and real estate sector development. The gathering is intended for investors and commercial companies in the field of real estate, representatives of state bodies, infrastructure companies, and representatives of international institutions. FREI will provide an analysis of the current investment situation in Montenegro and countries of the region. In addition, the Festival presents global trends and offers investment development forecasts for the real estate sector.
Once again, this year the Festival is organized with the support of the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Mr. Milo Đukanović, and in association with the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism.
On May 10th, the FREI program includes a panel titled “Destination management: Events as a Tourism Product” moderated by Marko Petričević, Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism, Montenegro Directorate for Tourism Destination Management, Director General. The panel will be composed ofŽeljka Radak Kukavičić, Director of National Tourism Organization; Dušan Kovačević, Director of EXIT Festival; Slavica Milić, from Lustica Development; Edward Jerwis, Regional Sales Director of MIPIM; as well as THR manager, Sonia Huerta.
The Festival will also include other panels and conferences in its program like “Investment Trends in Tourism of Montenegro and the Region”; “Sustainable strategic planning towards making good use of the potential of and preserving the resources on the Montenegrin coast”; “Homogenization of developmental factors in the tourism sector”; and “Global trends in tourism investments – challenges and prospects“; among others.
