THR will take part in Fitur Know-How & Export 2017
In the fifth edition of Fitur Know-how & Export, SEGITTUR launches a new SegitturLAB initiative, which aims to organize practical workshops.
THR will be responsible for the workshop titled "Tourism Experiences: from the offer to the communication", to be held on Thursday, January 19th.
“Tourism experiences: from value design to communication”
As society steps up the pyramid of needs, an increasing number of travellers looks for a more rewarding and personal involvement with their destination, choosing unique products that result in memorable experiences.
For years now, countries such as Canada, Australia and New Zealand have taken this challenge very seriously, working with the private sector to launch programs that have transformed simple attractions and tourism products into truly outstanding experiences that are able to differentiate their destinations from the competition, to make them grow in a sustainable way and to contribute to the wealth of the local population.
In this workshop, attendees will have access to the latest technology in design and implementation of experiential systems through different case studies, which will provide them with valuable knowledge about how to approach a similar initiative in their own destiny and the advantages that this would entail.
The workshop will have the participation of:
- Eulogio Bordas, President of THR Innovative Tourism Advisors will clarify what is an experience and the latest trends in this area.
- Sonia Huerta, Manager at THR Innovative Tourism Advisors, will present 3 innovative practical cases in the design of systems of experiences in both countries and regions.
- Lander Imaz, Product Manager at Basquetour, will show the actual performance of their sophisticated System of Experiences and the keys to its success.
- Eva Benito, Commercial Manager of SEGITTUR, will recount the experience of the project of promotion and marketing of experiences through Spain.info.
