THR chair a panel discussion at the 1st MICE Forum in Catalonia

Yesterday afternoon, Iratxe Hernández, an expert of THR, chaired a panel discussion on 'How to perform differentiated meetings in urban destinations?' within the1st MICE Forum at Catalonia.

The Catalunya Convention Bureau (CCB) organized for the first time the MICE Forum (meetings, incentives, conferencing, exhibitions), at the Design Hub Barcelona. The Forum offered tools necessary to compete in this market and, thus, enhance the community feeling in the MICE industry professionals.

The CCB planned various presentations, workshops and panel discussions that examined many relevant issues for the MICE industry. The day began with the conference 'Market predictions and key trends in the MICE sector'.

In the afternoon, in addition to the panel discussion ' What does make a differentiation in a meeting?'; the program offered a brainstorming session on 'How to implement responsible tourism in Catalonia?'; a workshop on 'How to deliver business value in this collaborative era?'; and a panel discussion that analyzed the 'Roadmap to access MICE emerging markets".
