Today, the complex includes a theme park, a water park, a golf course and four themed hotels. The Mediterranean hotel has already been built.
This project involved the conceptualisation, development and viability study of a Mediterranean theme resort which offered a wide range of experiences for tourists, including active holidays, wellness, meetings and golf. The attractive element of the project consisted of the innovative design of the resort, allowing it to attract a public willing to buy experiences.

The hotel invites us to relax and enjoy. Its key features are its yellow houses, its aquatic facilities and its lush green areas which fit in with the surrounding landscape. The hotel has been designed to offer an unforgettable experience for its guests.
What THR's project consisted of:
- A defined mix of services.
- A defined concept for each hotel.
