THR successfully advised The Red Sea Development Company on their product development portfolio and tourism marketing strategy

Red SeaTHR has successfully supported The Red Sea Development Company (wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia) to deliver a data-driven global market research study to inform product development and marketing strategy for a unique luxury tourist destination along the Red Sea.

THR carried out exhaustive primary and secondary market research including:

  • Extensive analysis of global trends and preferences within the luxury tourism market.

  • Benchmark of comparable destinations, resorts and experiences with key lessons learned.

  • Interviews with luxury tour operators to better understand the luxury market and its key success factors, as well identify perceptions associated with the Red Sea concept and with Saudi Arabia.
