Rehabilitation of the Tourist Destination of Playa de Palma |
|
THR has developed the rehabilitation plan of the Tourist Destination of Playa de Palma (3 miles, 180 Hotels, 45.000 beds and more than a million of tourists per year). The main objective was to return the prosperity to this remarkable destination in order to become a benchmark example for other Spanish tourist destinations. |

Director Marketing Plan of Andalusia (2009-2012) |

THR, together with SOPDE and GDT, designed the Director Plan of Tourist Marketing in 2009, which purpose was to acquire a strategic tool in order to consolidate Andalusian tourist leadership. Firstly, a diagnosis of the current situation of international tourism environment and of the Andalusian Tourist System was performed with an intense participation of the main public and private sector officials, who give their opinions in several workshops made throughout the region of Andalusia. |

Strategic marketing Plan 2011-14 of the Institute of Tourism of Spain |

THR, in close collaboration with Turespaña, is developing the new Strategic Marketing Plan that will help achieve the objectives of competitiveness and sustainability set out in Horizon Plan 2020. The process of developing the tourism marketing plan is predicted as an intensely collaborative plan, incorporating the knowledge and opinion of the main sector officials. |
