Experience

Bogdan has an extensive experience in strategic consulting, having worked more than 6 years for Deloitte. He had the opportunity to help leading companies of various industries in important strategic projects. His area of expertise is strategic consulting, and he has an excellent understanding of all related operational and implementation aspects. Bogdan is recognized to deliver high added value deliverables to his customers.
In THR, Bogdan is managing complex projects both of strategic consulting and of development of touristic destinations. His areas of expertise include:
Conduct Market Research & Analysis. Definition of Business Models for touristic resorts and destinations, including concept definition and value proposition design. Planning & optimization of resources & processes of touristic resorts and destinations. Assessment of existing tourism operations and positioning. Project management.



Projects
  • Definition of a strategic plan and action plan for the reconversion of a major touristic destination (Playa de Palma, 180 hotels, 40.000 beds) in the Balearic Islands (Spain), including the repositioning of the destination, the definition of the new business model and the conversion plan.
  • Development of a large mixed-used resort in Morocco (30.000 camas), including market study of the tourism and residential markets, definition of the resort concept and business model, creation of the Master Plan and business plan definition.
  • Development of a very high-end luxury Resort in Bulgaria, including the definition of a very innovative business model and the financial feasibility study.
  • Development of an hotel complex in Casablanca, including several international brands
