Javier has developed all his professional life in the world of consulting firms. He has been Managing Director of UNICA group and, before joining THR, he was Managing Partner of SINERIA, a consulting firm specialized in business consulting. During his more than 10 years of professional experience, he has directed more than 100 projects of business consulting for private and public clients, some of them, multinationals firms of the automotive, chemical, and food sector. Javier has joined THR as Chief Operating Officer, being responsible for ensuring a successful implementation of the corporate strategies, the efficient functioning and permanent availability of human, financial and technological resources, and the proper development of the organizational structures and business units.
