| Qualifications | Mr. Fernández graduated in Economics at Zaragoza University. In addition to his academic degree, he obtained a Master in Bussinesss Administration (MBA) at Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.
| | Experience | After working for a short period of time at the Financial Management Department of a Hotel in Zaragoza, he joined Bahia Principe Hoteles in Dominican Republic as Financial Controller. In this project, that involved the construction of 4 Resorts, he was in charge of cost construction control, cash flow forecast and budget planning. He also coordinated the construction process with the purchase department and customs. In August 2006 he joined THR-Dream Resorts Factory team devoted to feasibility studies and financial models.
