According to our experience, some of the highly attractive opportunities include promotion of tourist, residential and leisure last generation resorts; acquire shares in medium-size urban hotel chains in expansion process; buy land in emerging destinations, or develop the author’s “boutique hotels” specialized in golf and wellness.
