THR, a company dedicated exclusively to integral solutions to tourism problems, was founded in 1985 by Mr. Eulogio Bordas, its current president, whose first and main concern was to gather and maintain a select group of collaborators, outstanding in international arenas.

THR first took off in Spain and spread to the rest of the world as the first Spanish consultancy to carry out international tourism projects permanently organised by companies and governments from different countries and international bodies, such as the EU and the WTO.

More than 500 hundred other projects, covering different tourism specialties, were carried out in Spain and in more than 40 other European, North African, South American, Caribbean and North American countries, something that positions THR as the leading consultancy in Spain and one of the most famous internationally for its broad, all-encompassing experience, global and up-to-date knowledge of the ins-and-outs of tourism and, in a very particular way, for its highly innovating capacity.

THR created its own brand - DREAM RESORTS FACTORY - under the motto “we conceive unique resorts and make them successful”.

DREAM RESORTS FACTORY is dedicated to identifying business opportunities, developing highly profitable business models, conceiving resorts with high added value, developing conceptual architecture, structuring financial systems and marketing and carrying out the “Shadow Management” of the resort.

Its clients include land owners, real-estate promoters and construction companies, hotel groups, diversification companies, institutional investors, financial entities and clients from the public sector.
