Making a strategic marketing plan and operational for Uruguay following a thorough diagnosis of the supply, demand and marketing that had been made in the country and in each of their regions specifically. To carry it out all relevant actors from the uruguayan tourism industry were involved, as well as those responsible for their future implementation, taking into high consideration the concerns of each of the country tourist regions.
