Executive Summary

Chrifia resort is a residential and hotel resort with 11,400 beds (68% are residential units and 32% are hotel beds), which covers 130 Ha of land. Its concept relies on the mythical legend of Isli and Tisli. This legend led to the creation of three unique areas within the touristic area: le Village d’Isli, l’Oasis de Tisslit, and les Vergers.
The hotel mix of Chrifia resort is made up of 10 hotels, including two 5* hotel, seven upscale hotels ((4*plus) and one 4* hotel. The entertainment offer is made up of a town centre system, a 18-hole golf course, a clinic and spa centre, a sports centre, and areas dedicated to handicrafts and agriculture.
The resort offers its own experience system, as well as a Management Agency, which is the entity in charge of integrated management.
