Executive Summary

The development of the New Cala Iris Tourist Area is part of the Tourism Development Programme of the province of Al Hoceima.
Cala Iris Resort, which is located in an exceptional site on the Mediterranean Coast and is 80 km away from Al Hoceima (in the north of Morocco), covers 339 ha of land. Its touristic and residential development involves 10,000 beds (60% are residential units and 40% are hotel units), and a strong leisure and entertainment component.
In addition, the resort relies on its own Experience Centre to implement and develop activities and unforgettable moments.
