The PGA Cataluña Golf considered appropriate to decide about the most profitable management form of its hotel sector. Therefore it entrusted THR to analyze several alternatives with the steps definition to follow in each case, leaving open other possibilities, its direct exploitation by management or renting contract, at the same time attending the organizational and structural aspects. |
THR considered the preparation of the Business Model, according to the conclusions about the positioning of the product and general performance outlines developed in the first phase by THR, through the development of the following differentiate phases:
- Revision and confirmation of the strategy positioning, concentrated on contrasts and conclusions oriented to an appropriate consideration of the economical model, of the mix of the determined product, and the identification and contrasts of the engine units of the products.
- Determination of the key business indicators and the main hypothesis revision to be incorporated in the Economical model.
- Global revision of the financial projection of the following exercises.
The possibilities and steps to follow for the management alternatives, with the evaluation of the variables and preference order for mayor profitability, less risk, facility to find “exploiter”, control need, operations and product quality. |
