The main goal of the project consisted in promoting the tourism development of the zone through creation of a series of tourism attractions oriented to the potential tourists, but avoiding to damage the sustainability of the zone and favouring the integration of the product into the culture, landscape and setting of the Morocco’s culture.

Management of the system of experiences for each district of the resort, as well as the definition of four phases for the infrastructure development.

The result is a Resort in the construction process totally integrated in the environment although standing by itself, with common services managed globally to obtain a high quality level and a total control over the development and its operations.
